Senior Software Quality Engineer

ServiceNow is seeking a Senior Software Quality Engineer to join the Agents AI team. In this role, you will be working on the latest Agents AI (build GenAI agents) and will be responsible for maintaining existing automation test frameworks, collecting and reporting quality metrics, and working with developers to design specific testing strategies.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience with quality assurance and Java programming with Selenium, JUnit and TestNG
• Experience in leveraging or critically thinking about how to integrate AI into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving
• Fluency with scripting in JavaScript and understanding of testing techniques (e.g. performance, unit, integration, automated)
