Senior Software/System Architect - ECO

We are seeking a Senior Software/System Architect to join our team and make a positive impact for millions of people. The successful candidate will have a strong background in software and system architecture, with experience in assessing various products, tools, and approaches for systems and application data management.

Requirements

• Vast experience in assessing various products, tools, and approaches for systems and application data management
• Ability to clearly define risks and benefits of various approaches for a given need
• Broad experience with various tools and techniques to help effectively monitor applications, systems, and services along with the underlying system architecture and infrastructure components
• Experience with Dynatrace, ServiceNow, ScienceLogic, SolarWinds, and Splunk
• Ability to create overarching strategies for design as it relates to monitoring the application, infrastructure, interfaces, and critical business transactions
• Experience in requirements analysis, interface design, rapid prototyping, testing and evaluation, utilizing user-centered design processes
• Experience in high volume and high availability applications, networks, and systems
• Ability to clearly document their work in plain language
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies with Scrum and Kanban, and Sprint understanding
• Master's Degree in Computer Science, Electronics Engineering, or equivalent, or 10 years of experience
