The Senior Solution Sales Account Executive will oversee market success of ServiceNow's Customer & Industry Workflows products, engaging assigned accounts and creating new business and pipeline across the sales cycle and methodology. The role involves developing sales strategies, building relationships with C-suite personas, and delivering 'art of the possible' demonstrations showcasing ServiceNow's products and solutions.
Requirements
- Current location in metro city of Texas strongly preferred, or greater Texas-Heartlands region
- Prior experience and success selling to Enterprise Manufacturing industry
- Experience in leveraging or critically thinking about how to integrate AI into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving
- Full-cycle success selling CX solutions into Enterprise customers and prospects
- Experience in solution sales, preferably within a Customer Service Management / CRM / CX / CPaaS vendor
- 7+ years of sales experience within software OR solutions sales organization
- Experience establishing trusted relationships with current and prospective clients and other teams
- Ability to produce new business, negotiate deals, and maintain healthy C-Level relationships
- Ability to communicate complex issues in simple terms via written and oral media, to a variety of different audiences
- Ability to forge strong business relationships and connect with both C-level execs at customers as well as with individuals in ServiceNow internal and external eco-system
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
