The Senior Solution Sales Executive will oversee market success of ServiceNow's CRM and Industry Solutions, focusing on Telecom and Retail Manufacturers' clients across Canada. The role involves developing strategy, providing input to account planning, and ensuring alignment with Now Value principles.

Requirements

  • 7+ years knowledge on return on investment of specialty solutions area to lead solution win
  • Experience in leveraging or critically thinking about how to integrate AI into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving
  • Experience as an AE, or in alternative sales/ customer service role
  • Understanding of business sales processes
