Our Principal Technical Consultant provides guidance to customers on ServiceNow processes and develops solutions for their ServiceNow environment. Supports engagement efforts and advises customers on using ServiceNow to improve business processes.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience implementing, configuring, and customizing ServiceNow
- 4+ years of experience with common web technologies and networking
- ServiceNow System Administrator Certification required
- ServiceNow Application Developer Certification required
- ServiceNow Implementation Specialist in four or more applications required
