We are seeking a Senior Solution Sales Executive to oversee market success of ServiceNow's CRM products. The successful candidate will support the strategy and solution win for specialty solution areas, provide input to account planning, and ensure alignment with Now Value principles.
Requirements
- 7+ years knowledge on return on investment of specialty solutions area to lead solution win
- Experience in leveraging or critically thinking about how to integrate AI into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving
- Ability to prospect, identify, mature and close CRM deals in the front office
- Experience as an AE, or in alternative sales/ customer service role
- Understanding of business sales processes
