ServiceNow is seeking a Senior Solution Sales Executive to oversee market success of its CRM products. The role involves supporting the strategy and solution win for specialty solution areas, supporting customers in envisioning the value of a digital transformation, and coaching sales teams.
Requirements
- Experience in leveraging or critically thinking about how to integrate AI into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving
- Ability to prospect, identify, mature and close CRM deals in the front office
- 7+ years knowledge on return on investment of specialty solutions area to lead solution win
- Experience as an AE, or in alternative sales/ customer service role
- Understanding of business sales processes
