Requirements
- 6+ years of experience as a ServiceNow Business Analyst
- Strong understanding of ServiceNow ITSM, ITOM modules
- Hands-on experience for Agile project management
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience with JIRA board management
- Knowledge of Scrum methodologies
- Experience with Scrum methodologies and Agile project management
- Ability to facilitate Agile ceremonies and support sprint planning
- ServiceNow CSA (Certified System Administrator) or other ServiceNow certifications
- Familiarity with Scrum/Agile methodologies
- Experience with ServiceNow integrations and scripting
- Knowledge of ITIL best practices
