Senior Specialist - Integration

Responsibilities

1. Work in multiple instances and domains, supporting internal and external customers
2. Understands and Utilizes an AgileScrum methodology to manage development work. Certification in Scrum Methodology as a Scrum Master preferable
3. Collaborate with business, systems, and Technology partners in business analysis meetings to develop business and systems requirements.
4. Solution and develop requested enhancements to existing ServiceNow applications
5. Experience working with ServiceNow Integration Hub
6. Script Business Rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts, ACLs, Workflow Activities, etc.
7. Facilitate and support the rollout of new application and enhancements in ServiceNow
8. Analyze system performance issues and determine performance enhancements
9. Create new applications, modules, and tables
10. Activate a plugin
11. Create and track Service Catalog requests, and items with variables
12. Create, monitor, modify, and publish Service Catalog workflows with approvals
13. Follow the notification process back to the Business Rule
14. Import data into the instance
15. Create and use update sets to facilitate moving customizations between instances
16. Search, populate, and customize the Knowledge Base
17. Create an Access Control Rule ACLCreate global controls for attachments and cookies
18. Custom scripting
19. Build third party software integrations
20. Certifications in the Development and Implementation Areas of ServiceNow are preferable.
