Senior Staff Cloud Security Engineer | Technical Lead

We are seeking a Senior Staff Cloud Security Engineer to play a technical lead role in the ServiceNow Public Cloud Security Engineering team. The role involves developing strategy and vision for securing ServiceNow public clouds, providing technical expertise, and leading a team of cloud security engineers.

Requirements

• Master's degree in computer science; engineering, or information technology
• 12+ years of proven, related experience
• Experience in leveraging or critically thinking about how to integrate AI into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving
• Extensive knowledge of multiple public Clouds like AWS, Azure & GCP foundation services
• In-depth knowledge of operating systems (Linux, UNIX, and Windows)
• In-depth knowledge of networking (routing, switching, load-balancing, intrusion detection systems and firewalls)
• Proficient in programming languages and scripting (Java Script, Python, Bash, C/C++)
• Experience in infrastructure automation tools like AWS CloudFormation, Terraform and equivalents.
• Experience with containerization on Cloud, AKS or EKS (Dedicated/Managed/Serverless Kubernetes).
• Experience with Cloud Security Posture Management.
• Design security architecture for hybrid clouds
• Automating operations and capacity planning
