Nagarro is a Digital Product Engineering company looking for a Senior Staff Engineer, ServiceNow. The job requires 10+ years of experience in technical specification and implementation of ServiceNow, with a strong understanding of ITIL principles and business needs.

Requirements

  • Total experience 10+ years
  • Strong working experience in technical specification and implementation of the ServiceNow with specializing in Service Portal, ITSM, Integrations.
  • Strong experience in ServiceNow ITAM, HAM Pro, SAM pro or GRC or SPM or HRSD
  • Hands-on experience in ServiceNow integrations with third-party systems.
  • Strong understanding of ITIL principles
  • Ability to explore and grasp new technologies.
  • Proficient in communicating and driving technology solutions that support business objectives
  • Ability to work effectively and manage partnerships with all areas and members of the business as well as all levels of the organization.
  • Excellent analytical, critical thinking, problem-solving and prioritization skills.
