- 10+ years of experience
- Strong experience in ServiceNow Development specializing in Service Portal, HRSD, Integrations
- Hands on experience in SPM, CSM, Service Portal and ITSM module
- Strong understanding of ITIL principles
- Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions
