Senior Systems Delivery Engineer

Senior Systems Delivery Engineer position at Endeavour Group, designing, implementing, and maintaining server, virtualization, Microsoft ecosystem. The role requires experience in complex infrastructure design, cloud services, data center, virtualization, and ITIL processes.

Requirements

• 5+ years experience in designing and implementing complex infrastructure for Cloud, Data Centre, virtualisation
• Information Technology Bachelor or Higher
• Expertise across multiple systems technologies, including on-premises servers, virtualization (VMWare & Nutanix), Microsoft applications, and compute hardware, SQL, DNS, AD and Azure Cloud Services.
• Experience and thorough understanding of ITSM and ITIL processes such as change management, incident management, and configuration management.
• Strong understanding of systems concepts and protocols.
• Experience with systems security measures.
• Proficiency in systems monitoring and management tools (e.g., Dynatrace, ServiceNow).
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
• Hands-on experience with systems design and implementation.
• Project management and organizational skills
