We are looking for a Senior Systems Engineer to join our FRB Program. The ideal candidate will have experience with ServiceNow SaaS Platform and ITSM, and will be responsible for building and operating solutions based on leading ServiceNow technology and best practice.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Minimum of 12 years of experience
- Minimum of 12 years of ITSM delivery experience
- Must have ServiceNow SaaS Platform experience
- Must have experience with ServiceNow domain separation and ITSM
- Must be able to build and deploy catalog items including workflow or flow designer
- Must understand the use of UI actions, UI policies, and business rules
- Must understand ACL’s and how items are impacted with ACL’s
- Must be able to support the upgrade process when moving ServiceNow to a new version
- Must be a US Citizen
- Must be able to obtain and maintain the required agency clearance
