NewRocket, a global ServiceNow partner, is seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to join its India operation. The successful candidate will lead talent networks, develop recruiting strategies, and recruit experienced ServiceNow resources.

Requirements

• Proven track record of contributing to global recruitment programs for hyper-growth high-tech company
• Strong analytical and problem-solving experience
• Broad-base TA experience across all business disciplines and functions, with prior demonstrated successful experience, with ServiceNow experience strongly preferred
