NCR VOYIX Corporation is a leading global provider of digital commerce solutions. The company is looking for a Senior Technical Consultant to assist clients with the implementation and use of hardware & software products. The ideal candidate will have experience in DevOps, software development, and technical consulting, with a strong understanding of databases and web technologies.

Requirements

  • Experience working with Change Management Processes (ITIL) and Incident Management Systems (Jira, ServiceNow)
  • Experience in a Software company - Preferred.
  • DevOps experience building GCP infrastructure and applications.
  • Knowledge of configuration files like XML, JSON, YAML
  • Proficiency in scripting (PowerShell preferable) and/or coding
  • Experience with API integrations and Web Services.
  • DevOps experience, preference
  • Knowledge of MS Windows PC & Server, and basic Network/storage Products.
  • Experience with Microsoft SQL Server, SQL complex queries., tracing, ect.
  • Experience in analysing log files and troubleshooting / resolving technical issues.
  • 5+ years of experience in an IT-related field (preferably in any of the following: DevOps, Programmer, system administration, or similar fields.)
  • Experience in solving technical problems, and follow-through actions including documenting and sharing solutions.
  • Excellent consulting mindset and related soft skills.
  • An excellent communicator (Business English proficient) with experience in a client-facing or consulting role —someone who can clearly communicate ideas, whether to other technical peers or non-technical project managers or customers.
  • Demonstrable ability to evaluate and translate a customer’s business goals, objectives, and strategies into technical plans and solutions.
  • Comfortable working collaboratively with local and offshore teams (Flexibility to work within different time zones as required)
