CACI is seeking a Senior Technical Manager to manage Agile Operations Lead and lead 2 to 3 scrum teams delivering an enterprise-wide solution on a ServiceNow Platform using Agile and traditional project management techniques.
Requirements
- Experience managing Agile teams following a standard development process to include reporting and briefing burndown charts and other Agile-like artifacts
- Hands-on experience capturing IT requirements into measurable and attainable milestones, creating project schedules, and establishing project acceptance criteria with stakeholders
- 7+ years of IT project management from initiation to closure
- 7+ years of experience with tracking project deliverables, milestones, and schedules for systems or software delivery programs
- 5+ years of experience working in a technical position such as software development, engineering, or system administration
- 7+ years of experience with management for systems or software delivery programs
- Certified Scrum Master
- Certified PMP
- TS/SCI with CI poly required
