We are seeking a Senior Technical Support Engineer - Performance to manage and resolve challenging issues for the ServiceNow Technical Support team, focusing on Performance and instance availability. The successful candidate will have strong technical skills, excellent interpersonal skills, and experience with AI, relational databases, and scripting languages.
