Senior Technical Support Engineer

Sleek is seeking an experienced Senior Technical Support Engineer to join their team, providing third-level technical support and troubleshooting complex issues. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT support and proficiency in coding languages such as NodeJS and VueJS/ReactJS.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a technical role, with at least 1 year support experience.
• Knowledge in NodeJS and VueJS/ReactJS, as well as MongoDB/PostgreSQL is required.
• Experience debugging problems using IDEs and browser tools.
• Proficiency in using IT support tools and ticketing systems such as Jira, Zendesk, or ServiceNow.
• Good communication skills and patience for troubleshooting sticky IT issues.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
