Senior Technical Writer

Zeotap is seeking a Senior Technical Writer to develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for its SaaS offerings, including SDKs, CLI tools, and platform-specific extensions. The ideal candidate will have 6+ years of technical writing experience, a strong focus on platform-as-a-service (PaaS) products, and a deep understanding of the B2B SaaS landscape.

Requirements

• 6+ years of technical writing experience, with a strong focus on platform-as-a-service (PaaS) products or developer-oriented documentation (e.g., Salesforce, ServiceNow).
• Proven experience in creating and managing documentation for complex APIs, SDKs, and developer tools within enterprise environments, particularly for third-party developers.
• Deep understanding of the B2B SaaS landscape, with familiarity in the modern data stack (e.g., Snowflake, Databricks) and experience working within platform as a service ecosystems
