As a Service Account Manager, you will drive all aspects of the AHEAD Managed Services customer relationship and be responsible for coordinating interactions with key customers and the AHEAD Managed Services team.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of relevant IT Service Account Management experience
  • ITIL Foundation Certification desired
  • PMI Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus
  • ServiceNow experience is a plus
