Experian is a global data and technology company seeking a Service Analyst to manage change processes, system monitoring, and ITIL processes. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience as a system analyst, with hands-on experience in Servicenow and knowledge of risk management tools.

Requirements

  • Manage and coordinate all activities related to change management, ensuring compliance with ITIL standards.
  • Evaluate Change Requests: Assess the impact, risk, and benefits of proposed changes.
  • Change Implementation: Plan, schedule, and oversee the implementation of changes to minimize disruption.
  • System Monitoring: Continuously monitor system performance and availability.
  • Incident Management: Respond to and resolve system incidents promptly.
  • Configuration Management: Maintain an accurate record of system configurations and changes.
  • Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to improve ITIL processes and implement best practices.
  • Training and Support: Provide training and support to staff on ITIL processes and tools.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Work closely with stakeholders to understand their needs and ensure changes align with business objectives.
