We seek a Service Desk Analyst to provide end-user support, create documentation, and troubleshoot technical problems. The role involves day-to-day support work, creating and deleting user accounts, and assisting with Ad Hoc projects. This is a Night Shift role.

- Experience with Virtual Machines and Citrix
