Work with our Cybersecurity Service Desk support team for an IC client, developing, maintaining, and optimizing our Service Desk Now ticketing system. Leverage technical skills and expertise with ServiceNow development to deliver effective solutions across broad enterprise IT environments.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience with ServiceNow service desk development
- Experience designing, configuring, and developing ServiceNow applications to enhance the IT ticketing system and ensure efficient handling of trouble calls
- Active TS/SCI clearance; willingness to take a polygraph exam
- DoD 8570.01-M Information Assurance Technician (IAT) Level II Certification, including Security+ CE, CCNA-Security, GSEC, SSCP, CySA+, GICSP, or CND
- HS diploma or GED and 7+ years of experience in an IT environment, Associate’s degree and 5+ years of experience in an IT environment, or Bachelor’s degree and 3+ years of experience in an IT environment
