This role is for a Service Desk Assistant to provide technical support to end-users, troubleshoot and resolve issues, and support service management KPI reporting. The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of IT experience, knowledge of ITIL, and technical knowledge of PC and mobile devices.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of professional experience in IT service delivery
- Knowledge of IT Service Management (ITIL foundation)
- Technical knowledge of PC, laptop, printer and server hardware as well as mobile devices and operating systems (Microsoft/iOS)
- Advanced knowledge of MS Office applications & communication tools and of multimedia and conference/meeting room systems as well as equipment
- Experience using ServiceNow or equivalent ticketing solution
- Business fluent in English is a Must, fluent German is preferable
