We are seeking a Service Desk Solution Owner to manage the day-to-day execution of ITSM processes, collaborate with stakeholders, and identify issues to implement changes to improve.

Requirements

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements
  • Manage key relationships with peer roles
  • Prioritize the Jira user stories related for development during sprint planning sessions
  • SNOW Business rules, JAVA scripts, Web Services, OOTB Implementation experience
