Leonardo is seeking a Service Desk Support Specialist to provide support to users, monitor services, and participate in the creation of a continuous improvement cycle.
Requirements
- High school diploma, preferably in scientific or computer science subjects
- Expert level (3-5 years of experience)
- Knowledge of Windows operating system and digital collaboration support tools
- Ticketing tools: experience in using tools for managing assistance requests (ServiceNow)
- Remote Desktop: ability to use tools for remote control of user computers
- Knowledge of Microsoft domain management (Active Directory, group policy use)
- Identity and access management (IAM) tools: knowledge and principles of operation (preferably knowledge of specific product A, E and Evidian)
- Knowledge of computer hardware components
- Knowledge of IT networking and IT security aspects (basic concepts understanding (LAN, WAN, TCP/IP)
- Good knowledge of the English language, written and oral (level B1)
