Requirements
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar IT support role, preferably in a global organization.
- Strong familiarity with Microsoft applications, especially Teams, Outlook, OneDrive, and Windows OS.
- Proficiency in troubleshooting all things Windows, especially laptops, SCCM and experience with ticketing tools, specifically ServiceNow.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbally being able to clearly get across information in a way suitable for each individual user.

- Adaptability: Willingness to work in various shifts and handle a variety of technical issues.
