Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred)
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in service delivery, customer service, or a similar role, with at least 3 years in a leadership position
  • Strong customer service orientation and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
  • Proficiency in service management tools and platforms (e.g., ServiceNow, JIRA)
  • Knowledge of ITIL or other relevant service management frameworks is highly desirable
