As a Service Manager at Truston, you will be responsible for delivering, setting up, monitoring, and managing the service provision of Truston to its customers in the pension market. You will focus on service delivery for the pension market and ensure that managed services are delivered in accordance with agreed-upon processes and SLAs.
Requirements
- Experience in a Managed Services and/or management organization
- Knowledge and practical experience with ITIL processes
- Experience with ITSM applications, preferably ServiceNow
- Experience with audit processes and demonstrating existence and operation
- Experience with managing customer expectations
- Experience in de-escalating situations effectively
- Experience in improving processes
- Knowledge of pension processes is an advantage
