What will be your challenge?

Join BIP – xTech, the Centre of Excellence of BIP, specialized in innovative consulting and services in the field of Big Data Analytics, Data Science, Cloud, IT and Network architectures, AI engineering, Blockchain, 5G and more.

In the context of an ongoing process of continuous evolution and adoption of these technologies at our client sites, we are looking for a Service Manager figure, who will oversee the implementation of the services offered.

The requested figure must ensure that the services are provided in an efficient, effective and satisfactory manner, monitoring after implementation that they work correctly, thus contributing to the overall success of the organization.

The figure will also be the main point of contact with the client for the management of requests (tickets), notifications and performance analysis in order to ensure a high level of satisfaction.

Strong diligence and precision are also required in the archiving of project documentation.

Will you be joining our Team?

Essential Requirements:

  • For Junior figures: a Bachelor's or Master's degree in STEM disciplines.
  • For Senior figures: 3-4 years of previous experience in the role.
  • Knowledge of the fundamentals regarding the world of IT and Network technologies.
  • Experience in managing service desk tools.
  • Help the company to update and improve the reporting of KPIs.
  • Build and maintain good relationships with clients.
  • Punctual and constructive participation in internal and client meetings.
  • Collaboration with internal stakeholders in the development of relationships with existing and potential clients.
  • English language knowledge.

Plus:

  • Experience with Help Desk platforms (JIRA, ServiceNow).
  • ITIL certification or equivalent.
  • Experience working with the Agile Delivery model.
