In the context of an ongoing process of continuous evolution and adoption of these technologies in our client realities, we are looking for a Service Manager figure, a figure that oversees the implementation of the services offered.
The required figure must ensure that the services are provided in an efficient, effective and satisfactory manner, monitoring the implementation and ensuring that they work correctly, thus contributing to the overall success of the organization.
The figure will also be the main point of contact with the client for the management of requests (tickets), notifications and performance analysis to ensure a high level of satisfaction.
A strong diligence and precision in the archiving of project documentation is also required.
