Deliver, configure, monitor, and manage service delivery for Truston's customers in the pension market, and ensure that processes and SLAs are followed.
Requirements
- Experience at a Managed Services and/or a management organization
- Knowledge and practical experience with ITIL processes
- Experience with ITSM application(s), preferably ServiceNow
- Experience with audit processes and demonstrating existence and operation
- Experience with managing customer expectations
- Experience in effectively de-escalating situations
- Experience in improving processes
- Knowledge of pension processes is a plus.
