The Service Manager is responsible for delivering, setting up, monitoring, and managing the service delivery of Truston to its customers in the pension market. This includes monitoring processes, managing incidents, and coordinating the timely resolution of issues.
Requirements
- Experience in a Managed Services and/or a management organization
- Knowledge and practical experience with ITIL processes
- Experience with ITSM applications, preferably ServiceNow
- Experience with audit processes and demonstrating existence and operation
- Experience with managing customer expectations
- Experience in effectively de-escalating situations
- Experience in improving processes
