As a Service Manager at Truston, you are responsible for delivering, setting up, monitoring, and managing the service provision of Truston to its customers in the pension market.
Requirements
- Experience at a Managed Services and/or management organization
- Knowledge and practical experience with ITIL processes
- Experience with ITSM application(s), preferably ServiceNow
- Experience with audit processes and demonstrating existence and functioning
- Experience with managing customer expectations
- Experience in effectively de-escalating situations
- Experience in improving processes
