The Service Manager will be responsible for delivering, setting up, monitoring, and managing the service provision of Truston to its customers in the pension market, and monitoring processes for setting up, managing, and registering incidents, changes, problems, and related activities.
Requirements
- Experience in a Managed Services and/or management organization
- Knowledge and practical experience with ITIL processes
- Experience with ITSM applications, preferably ServiceNow
- Experience with audit processes and demonstrating existence and operation
- Experience with managing customer expectations
- Experience in effectively de-escalating situations
- Experience in improving processes
- Knowledge of pension processes is an advantage
