We are looking for a ServiceNow Architect to assist in the architecture, design, and development of ServiceNow solutions, ensuring alignment with business objectives. Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements, translating them into technical solutions.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in ServiceNow development and architecture
  • Proficiency in ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, HAM, or ITOM, with basic knowledge of ITIL principles
  • Strong scripting skills using JavaScript for ServiceNow development
  • Experience with ServiceNow Implementations
  • Integration Technologies: Familiarity with integration technologies like REST, SOAP, and JSON
  • Good communication and problem-solving skills
  • Working knowledge of configuration management processes and tools
