A ServiceNow developer is a professional responsible for designing, developing, implementing, and maintaining applications on the ServiceNow platform.

Your responsibilities

  • You lead intake meetings with our internal clients, translate user requirements to technical solutions – In line with best practices and internal policy. You coordinate the delivery of products, clearly assessing the required efforts and providing clear expectations for your internal clients.
    Your main driver is the platforms & customer’s success.
  • You take full ownership of the ServiceNow platform.
  • You keep the platform in good health (up to date with the latest releases & patches) and regularly review health scans and act when points of improvement are offered.
  • You are responsible for the overall quality of the delivered solutions
    You perform acceptance testing for any updates developed by yourself or the support Team, from both the technical and end-user perspective and follow the internal Change Management Processes. You diligently follow-up on any incidents related to the platform.
  • You stay up to date on the latest developments in the world of ServiceNow (through networking, seminars, training ...) and explore how platform changes and the release of new features can be leveraged in our environment, so that DEME can make the most of its investment.

Your profile

  • You have a bachelor’s degree
  • You are ITIL Foundation certified (or able to demonstrate knowledge of the Framework)
  • You can demonstrate hand-on sys-admin/scripting/development experience with the ServiceNow platform and in particular the ITSM & SPM modules
  • You are able to clearly translate user requirements to a technical solution
  • You have an eye for detail and thus deliver consistent, qualitative work
  • You are fluent in English, both written and spoken

Requirements Summary
