Service Now Engineer

Comcast is seeking a ServiceNow Engineer to build applications, infrastructure, tools, and people to enable world-class operational excellence for technology & business organizations. The successful candidate will support the end-to-end customer experience, drive continuous improvements, and work closely with development, integration, and test teams to ensure product quality.

Requirements

• Supports the architecture, design, development, qualification, and deployment of applications consistent with product and technical roadmaps.
• Develops and applies performance and bandwidth models for interactive applications to document network impacts.
• Defines and documents a detailed design to meet technical requirements and architecture.
