ServiceNow ITOM/CMDB Consultant will build and manage Service Mapping to make all ServiceNow applications service-aware using the CSDM framework, and integrate ServiceNow with third-party tools and data sources.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in ITOM, CSDM, CMDB, and ServiceNow
- Knowledge of APIs, web services, and OOB connectors
- Ability to map complex relationships between services, applications, and infrastructure components
- Experience in diagnosing and resolving issues related to discovery process, data mapping, and CMDB accuracy
