As a ServiceNow Manager - Advisory at PwC, you will lead consulting services for various business applications, helping clients optimize operational efficiency. You will gain extensive experience in ServiceNow applications, analyze client needs, and implement software solutions.

Requirements

  • 7-8 years' experience integrating ITSM solutions in a complex environment
  • 7-8 years' experience gathering requirements and translating them into ITSM processes and functions
  • Experience in consulting and the technical/functional skills necessary to make an impact on consulting engagements
  • ITIL V3 Foundations certification is a must, Advanced ITIL V3 certifications preferred
  • Experience in developing and implementing ServiceNow integrations with other tools
  • Deep understanding of JavaScript and Web Services
  • Working knowledge of industry standard ITSM tools (i.e., ServiceNow, HP, BMC, CA, IBM, or others)
  • Solid understanding of infrastructure concepts
  • Excellent client facing and communication skills (verbal and written skills)
  • Excellent skills in Microsoft Visio, Word, PowerPoint is a must
  • Understand the importance of having correct information management
  • Knowledge of Information Security and Data Protection
