Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in computer information systems or a related field
- Experience in ServiceNow administration or IT support platforms like Remedy and ITSM
- Strong technical, problem-solving, and process-oriented skills
- Passion for metrics, reporting, analytics, and automation
- Experience in enterprise-class infrastructure and systems
- Strong planning, project management, and attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills
- Experience working with Legal and HR stakeholders
- NV1 Clearance (NV2 preferred)
