Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in computer information systems or a related field
  • Experience in ServiceNow administration or IT support platforms like Remedy and ITSM
  • Strong technical, problem-solving, and process-oriented skills
  • Passion for metrics, reporting, analytics, and automation
  • Experience in enterprise-class infrastructure and systems
  • Strong planning, project management, and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Experience working with Legal and HR stakeholders
  • NV1 Clearance (NV2 preferred)
