The ServiceNow Manager will be responsible for responding to ServiceNow proposals, effort estimation, and presenting the KPMG value proposition to prospective clients. This role requires strong communication, analytical, and organizational skills, as well as the ability to work in a dynamic environment and participate in strategic initiatives. ServiceNow platform skills are also required.
Requirements
- Prior experience on creating ServiceNow proposals.
- Experience on responding to ServiceNow RFP's & proposal defense.
- Experience on creating effort estimation for proposals.
- Strong Presentation skills, preferably ServiceNow proposals.
- Good Excel skills.
- Prior experience in ServiceNow tool.
- Strong verbal communication and analytical skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and handle crunched timelines.
- Experience in ServiceNow Presales role
