We are looking for a ServiceNow Senior Technical Consultant to support our growth in Switzerland. The role involves designing and implementing ServiceNow solutions, coaching customers, and leading technical teams.
Requirements
- University degree in IT engineering
- Minimum 10 years’ experience as IT developer and 3 years’ experience on ServiceNow
- 3 years’ experience in consulting external customers
- Mastering of relational DB model and related technologies
- Mastering Event-driven and Object-Oriented programming
- Mastering web technologies like JavaScript, XML, AngularJS, Jelly
- AJAX experience
- Scripting proficiency in PowerShell and Unix shell
- Working knowledge of Active Directory, LDAP and SSO technologies
- Experience with legacy systems, batch files, web services (SOAP and REST)
- Working knowledge of networks, the Internet, modern protocols and email, SMTP, POP3
- ITIL knowledge is a plus
- Fluent in German and English, another European language would be an asset
