- US Citizen
- BA/BS with 3+ years of experience creating reports, dashboards, and views for various data consumers
- 3+ years of experience with incident resolution testing
- ServiceNow Administrator Certification
- Ability to configure and implement no code update sets
- Full knowledge of security groups and user administration
