Requirements
- Administer, configure, coordinate and maintain the ServiceNow platform
- Configure ServiceNow applications and modules
- Collaborate with team to develop and maintain Forms, Reports, Views, Workflows, and Portals
- Provide training and support to end-users to ensure effective use of the platform
- Integrate ServiceNow with other enterprise systems and applications
