- 4 year college degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science or related disciplines
- 6+ years of experience working with ITSM solutions in an enterprise environment
- 4+ years of ServiceNow development / implementation / administrative experience
- Experience working with web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript (including AngularJS), XML, SOAP, REST, Jelly, etc.)
- Experience working with databases (MySQL, Oracle, SQL Server, etc.)
- ITIL v3 Certification or equivalent practical experience
- Certified ServiceNow Administrator, Certified ServiceNow Implementation Specialist
- Relevant software development certifications
