Requirements
- Strong knowledge of ServiceNow ITOM modules
- Ability to conduct system analysis and design ITOM solutions
- Experience in developing and implementing ITOM solutions
- Skills in identifying opportunities for process re-engineering
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to handle Change Control process
- Experience with Service Now to manage and support Workflows, Reports, Dashboards, SSL Certificates, Performance Analytics

Requirements Summary
