We seek a ServiceNow Administrator, Sr. to provide solutions on the ServiceNow platform, manage and maintain data between ServiceNow and other systems, and participate in deploying features and ServiceNow releases.
Requirements
- ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist in IT Service Management
- 5+ years of demonstrated experience in managing and maintaining ServiceNow operations, data integrity, platform updates, new configurations, applications, and integrations
- Demonstrated knowledge in developing and executing maturity recommendations to improve the overall performance, efficiency, and effectiveness of the platform
- Demonstrated knowledge of developing and executing automated test frameworks (including best practices, guidelines, processes, and tooling)
- Proficient in using tools and methods to efficiently manage product releases, sprints, and development cycles, applying automated CI/CD practices
- Ability to monitor, troubleshoot, and recommend solutions for integrations between ServiceNow and another off-premise cloud service, such as Microsoft Azure, and between other on-premise FDIC systems
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator
- Citizen Developer Application Creator is recommended
- Micro-certification in Integration Hub is recommended
- Welcome to ServiceNow Micro-Certification is recommended
