ServiceNow Administrator, Sr. (REF1765N)

We seek a ServiceNow Administrator, Sr. to provide solutions on the ServiceNow platform, manage and maintain data between ServiceNow and other systems, and participate in deploying features and ServiceNow releases.

Requirements

• ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist in IT Service Management
• 5+ years of demonstrated experience in managing and maintaining ServiceNow operations, data integrity, platform updates, new configurations, applications, and integrations
• Demonstrated knowledge in developing and executing maturity recommendations to improve the overall performance, efficiency, and effectiveness of the platform
• Demonstrated knowledge of developing and executing automated test frameworks (including best practices, guidelines, processes, and tooling)
• Proficient in using tools and methods to efficiently manage product releases, sprints, and development cycles, applying automated CI/CD practices
• Ability to monitor, troubleshoot, and recommend solutions for integrations between ServiceNow and another off-premise cloud service, such as Microsoft Azure, and between other on-premise FDIC systems
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator
• Citizen Developer Application Creator is recommended
• Micro-certification in Integration Hub is recommended
• Welcome to ServiceNow Micro-Certification is recommended
