ServiceNow Application Architect and SME

As a ServiceNow Application Architect and SME, you will lead the design and configuration of a client's ServiceNow implementation architecture, developing low-code platforms and creating user-friendly solutions for clients. You will work with a service management team to develop and configure ServiceNow applications and solutions, advising the team on design, development, and modification to extend capabilities offered by the ServiceNow platform.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience with developing ServiceNow solutions across all platform applications
• 5+ years of experience with architecting, designing, and implementing ServiceNow systems, solutions, and tools across the Platform for DoD or Federal organizations
• Experience with Glidescripting, business rules, client scripts, data imports, out-of-the-box configuration, custom apps, and development methods
